Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and f8999 ("f8999", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the f8999 platform, including all games, betting markets, account services, payment processing, promotional offers, and customer support services made available through f8999.io.

By completing the registration process, accessing your f8999 account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or engaging with any feature of the f8999 platform, you conclusively agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

f8999 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the f8999 website, mobile web experience, and all associated services accessible at f8999.io.
• "Account" means the individual user account registered on the f8999 platform associated with a single verified player identity.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your f8999 account wallet, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matching deposit amounts issued by f8999 to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by the player via an approved payment method, distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process f8999 conducts in accordance with its anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the f8999 platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Eligibility

Use of the f8999 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. f8999 is strictly a 21+ service. Players under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or betting market on the platform.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement on the f8999 platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of f8999, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

f8999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to have registered or placed bets while under the age of 21, all winnings will be forfeited, deposits will be returned to the extent practicable, and the account will be permanently closed.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the f8999 platform, including deposits, withdrawals, and participation in games and betting markets, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the f8999 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. Any changes must be reported to f8999 support promptly.
• f8999 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.
• f8999 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

By registering an account, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you satisfy all eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your f8999 account credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access the platform through your account.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your f8999 account and update it periodically.
• You must notify f8999 support immediately at support@f8999.io if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• f8999 will apply two-factor authentication on new device logins as an additional layer of account security. You must not disable or circumvent this protection.

f8999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be treated as authorised activity and bound by these Terms.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the f8999 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. f8999 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, and other methods listed on the f8999 cashier page from time to time.
• Deposits are credited to your f8999 wallet typically within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• f8999 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account for responsible gaming, fraud prevention, or AML compliance purposes.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
• Before processing any withdrawal, f8999 may require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
• Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash or Nagad is under five (5) minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger amounts may require additional review and processing time of up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after all associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempted withdrawal of bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being voided.
• f8999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusual in size, frequency, or pattern. f8999 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

Bonuses and Promotions

f8999 may offer various promotional incentives to players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback arrangements, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. Players must meet the full wagering requirement before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within your f8999 account and are distinct from your Real Money Balance. Real Money funds are used first in wagering unless the specific promotion's terms provide otherwise.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only unless the promotion's terms explicitly permit multiple claims. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through the use of multiple accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unclaimed or unmet bonus wagering requirements that expire within the stated period will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the account.
• f8999 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and commenced wagering will not be prejudiced by such modification.
• Specific game categories may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. For example, live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The contribution rates for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.

f8999 reserves the right to withhold bonus payouts and close accounts where evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus terms is identified, including but not limited to coordinated bonus abuse, low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements, and use of multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.

Game Rules and Betting

All casino games and sports betting markets available on f8999 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market in addition to these general Terms. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Game results and bet outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for casino games, and by the outcome of the relevant real-world sporting event for sportsbook markets. f8999 does not manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• All bets placed on the f8999 sportsbook are subject to the specific market rules applicable to the sport and competition in question, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international cricket fixtures. f8999's trading team reserves the right to void bets in circumstances set out in the relevant sport's betting rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of placement and are subject to change without notice.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled by the player. f8999 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted in error due to a technical fault, incorrect odds display, or data feed failure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet settlement, the decision of f8999's trading and resolution team is final, subject to the complaints process described in Section 16 of these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f8999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances (including Real Money Funds where fraud is established), and referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of any personal information.
• Multi-accounting — registering or operating more than one f8999 account in any form.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting promotional offers through coordinated abuse, duplicate account creation, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tool designed to interact with the f8999 platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate human gameplay.
• Money laundering — using the f8999 platform to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from unlawful activity. f8999 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Chargebacks — initiating a fraudulent or unjustified payment dispute with your payment provider in respect of a valid f8999 transaction.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately taking advantage of any bug, glitch, or error in the f8999 platform or any game provided thereon. Winnings generated through known exploits are void.

Intellectual Property

All content on the f8999 platform, including but not limited to the f8999 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data, and compiled materials, is the property of f8999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the f8999 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any f8999 content.
• Use any f8999 trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the f8999 platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the f8999 website on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of f8999 intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f8999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the f8999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical errors, platform downtime, or interruptions outside f8999's reasonable control.
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where f8999 has taken reasonable security precautions.
• Errors in odds, payout calculations, or game outcomes caused by data feed failures from third-party providers.
• Losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

f8999's aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player into their f8999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by f8999's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

f8999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Where an account is closed by f8999 due to a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in cases involving fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In all other cases of account closure, f8999 will return the Real Money Balance to the player using the most recent verified payment method on the account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

A player may close their own account at any time by contacting f8999 support at support@f8999.io. Where a voluntary closure request is received, f8999 will process any outstanding Real Money Balance within five (5) business days.

Responsible Gaming

f8999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. f8999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you after a set duration of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or extended self-exclusion from the f8999 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Amendments to These Terms

Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the f8999 platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their country or territory of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the f8999 platform, you should first contact f8999 support at support@f8999.io and provide full details of your complaint. f8999 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. f8999's decision on any complaint will be issued in writing and shall be final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
